Artist's Description
This was inspired by a backpacking trip I did in Yellowstone National Park, headed up the Slough Creek drainage. If you've been there, you know it offers unforgettable solitude and quiet. A lone figure is seated by a campfire against a backdrop of striated, colorful hills and a mountain range, with smoke rising into the evening sky. The words "EAT THE EVENING LIGHT" are embedded across the bottom in bright yellow letters. This is a wax painting that has texture and depth. It is framed and ready to hang. The price reflects free shipping in the US. Contact me for more photos if you are interested!
